Purpose

To meet the financial requirement of dealers/ suppliers/ agents/ distributors of ABBL corporate customers/ corporate houses/ groups.

Loan Amount
  • Minimum TK. 100,000/- (One Lac) onlyLoan Amount.
  • Up to TK. 25,00,000/- (Twenty Five lac) only(Collateral free).
  • Up to TK. 5,00,00,000/- (Five Crore) only (with Collateral).
Determination of limit
  • Letter of Commitment/Letter of Comfort/Letter of Introduction/Corporate Guarantee (as the case may be).
Repayment
  • Through EMI/ Lump sum basis.
Repayment Tenor
  • Maximum one year.
Primary Security
  • Hypothecation of stocks.
  • Letter of Commitment/Letter of Comfort/Letter of Introduction/Corporate Guarantee from the principal corporate client(s).
  • Cheque covering the total exposure.
  • Registered mortgage of land and building and/or any other collateral if finance is beyond Tk. 25.00 Lac.
