Purpose

Term loan for CNG Refueling conversion/ Light Engineering/ project finance (package deal including non-funded)

Determination of Limit
  • Loan amount will be maximum 90% of the value of the imported and/or locally procured machineries.
Repayment
  • Through EMI : Moratorium period: maximum 6 (six) months
Loan Amount
  • Maximum TK 500.00 lac
Tenor
  • Maximum 5 (Five) years
Security and/or Collateral
  • Hypothecation of machineries and/or stock and/or receivables.
  • Registered mortgage of project land & building; additional land (if required)
  • PG of the spouse of the proprietor / PG of the directors.
