Purpose

It is a long term finance for infrastructure development /capacity building etc.; i.e. term Loan for expansion & BMRE.

Determination of Limit
  • Loan amount will be maximum 80% of the proposed additional investment/ expenditure
Repayment
  • Through EMI : Moratorium period: maximum 6 (six) months
Loan Amount
  • Maximum TK 500.00 lac
Tenor
  • Maximum 5 (Five) years
Security and/or Collateral
  • Hypothecation of stock and/or receivables
  • Registered mortgage of land & buildings and/or Tripartite agreement for shop and/or business premises and/or any other collateral
