It is Mudarabah term deposit account where the depositor gets profit on quarterly basis. Its characteristics are more or less same as those of the Mudarabah Monthly Profit Deposit (MMPD) Account.
Key Features
The client has to open a link account to receive profit from the bank.
Minimum deposit amount is Tk.1, 00,000/- or it’s multiple.
Tenor of deposit is 3 or 5 years.
Premature encashment allowed with due reduction of profit.
