AB Bank Limited recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and a Non-Disclosure Agreement with PPP (Public Private Partnership) Authority, Prime Ministers’ Office, Government of Bangladesh on 3rd November 2016 at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel, Dhaka.

Under the agreement, AB Bank will have quick and easy access to project information in order to facilitate financing for selected PPP projects.

The programme was attended by the honorable Finance Minister Mr. Abul Mal Abdul Muhith as Chief Guest. Mr. Shamim Ahmed Chaudhury, President and Managing Director of AB Bank Limited and Mr. Syed Afsor H. Uddin, CEO, PPP Authority signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

Principal Secretary of the Prime Minister’s Office Mr. Md. Abul Kalam Azad attended the meeting as Chairman and Mr. Anis A. Khan, Chairman, Association of Bankers Bangladesh and Mr. Eunusur Rahman, Secretary, Banking and Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance were Special Guests in the programme.
