AB Bank PLC., as a Lead Bank organized the School Banking Conference at Bhola on March 09, 2024. The main objective of the event was to let the students know about savings and developing their savings mentality. Around 150 students from 24 schools in the district attended the conference.

Mr. Md. Iqbal Mohasin, Director, Financial Inclusion Department, Bangladesh Bank was present as chief guest at the conference where Mr. Shawkat Aziz, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer of AB Bank presided over the session.
Ms. Nazia Barkat, VP & Head of School and Employee Banking also attended the program along with officials of Bangladesh Bank, officials of the participating banks and teachers from different educational institutions.
