Monthly installment-based savings scheme with maturity value of Tk. 1,00,00,000 (One Crore) (Government Tax and Excise Duty applicable)
Flexible Initial Deposit option available to reduce the monthly installment size
Any individual Bangladeshi Citizen aged above 18 years or any Corporate Body can open this account
Can be opened for any year between 5 to 20 years
Interest Frequency: Half-yearly
Secured Credit Card can be offered to the customer with a limit up to 100% (maximum 20 lac) of the customer deposit encashment value, applicable for KDS account with minimum balance of BDT 100,000 only
SOD (Secured Overdraft) up to 85% of the deposit encashment amount, applicable for KDS account with minimum balance of BDT 100,000 only

Deposit Rules

Linked deposit account (savings/current) is mandatory
Instalment amount must be made available in the linked account by the customer on the due date or before the due date for each calendar month
A 2% penalty per month will be levied on instalment amounts falling overdue. Nearest branch to be visited for paying off this penalty

Failure to make Payment of Regular Installments

Failure to make payment of instalments for consecutive 3 (three) months will cease the relationship. The interest on the deposited amount to be calculated as per premature encashment rules stated below
