In a day-long program on the occasion of Victory Day at Sylhet organized by Trinamool Women Entrepreneurs Society (Grassroots), AB Bank PLC distributed loan to women entrepreneurs after conducting a training session. The Trinamool Women Entrepreneurs Society (Grassroots) presented a memento to AB Bank PLC for skill development and loan facilities to the business of women entrepreneurs all over the country. Mr. Saiful Islam, Executive Director of Sylhet office of Bangladesh Bank was present as the chief guest, Mr. Md. Oliur Rahman, regional head of Sylhet region of AB Bank as special guest. Mr. Md. Arijul Islam Mollik, Women Entrepreneur Development unit head- Ms. Ummel Ara Mahenur of head office and other officials of AB Bank and Bangladesh Bank were present there.

The program was conducted by the Chief Executive Officer of Grassroots Mr. Himanshu Mitra and chaired by the Vice President of the Central Committee of Grassroots Ms. Naznin Akhter Kana.
