The United State Department of Justice organized a program titled “5^th Annual Bilateral US-Bangladesh CFT Banking Dialogue“ which was held in North Carolina, USA from October 28 to October 31, 2019. Mr. Tarique Afzal, President & Managing Director, AB Bank Ltd. along with 24 other Chief Executive Officers of different commercial Banks were invited through Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU), Bangladesh Bank to attend the program.
The program included a series of presentations by experts on terror finance, good governance, money laundering and cyber security.
