Due to unavoidable circumstances, the Board of Directors of AB Bank Limited in its 633rd Board Meeting held on August 14, 2017 resolved to postpone the 35th Annual General Meeting of the Bank, which was scheduled to be held on August 17, 2017.

The Board will declare a new date for holding 35th Annual General Meeting of the Bank after obtaining approval from the Regulatory Authorities. (Please attach second attachment-AGM Postponed)
