AB Bank PLC. has recently organized a training program titled ‘Driving Growth: Sales Leadership & Relationship Excellence for Branch Managers of AB Bank PLC.’ aimed at enhancing the professional skills of its branch managers.

Mr. Monjurul Alam, FCIPD, UK conducted the training sessions at the AB Bank head office with a focus on strengthening sales leadership mindset, customer relationship excellence and retail banking growth strategies.

Mr. Mahadev Sarker Sumon FCA, AMD, AB Bank inaugurated the program.

Mr. Mohammad Nazrul Islam, Chief Human Resources Officer, along with other officials and branch managers of the Bank were also present at the event.
