AB Bank Limited in collaboration with Policy Research Institute (PRI) organized a half-day Presentation and Discussion on Study Reports on Steel and Engineering, Power Sector and Liberalization of Borrowing in Foreign Currency for AB Bank Officials, at Policy Research Institute (PRI), Banani, Dhaka on August 8, 2015. The Bank’s President & Managing Director, Mr. Shamim Ahmed Chaudhury, inaugurated the Programme.

Renowned Economist and Researcher of the country & the Executive Director of PRI, Dr. Ahsan H. Mansur presented the papers. Around 45 executives of AB Bank attended the event. The studies primarily focused on past, present and future trends of these three important sectors of the economy to assist the Bank in developing its business and lending strategies to meet the future challenges.

The event was also attended by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of AB Bank Mr. M. Wahidul Haque.
